1. Service Agreement

By engaging Joe-Pascal Solar Solutions for equipment purchases or installation services, you agree to the terms outlined in your specific project quotation. Installations are subject to prior site inspection.

2. Warranty and Equipment

All solar panels, hybrid inverters, and batteries (Lithium-Ion, Tubular, and Gel) come with manufacturer warranties. Joe-Pascal Solar Solutions guarantees the quality of our installation and wiring workmanship.

3. Nationwide Deployment

While headquartered in Port Harcourt, we service clients nationwide including Lagos, Kano, Abuja, and Onitsha. Travel and logistics costs for out-of-state deployments will be clearly outlined in your project estimate.

4. Payment Terms

Project commencement requires a standard deposit as outlined in your invoice. Full payment is required upon successful installation, testing, and client handover.
